Data Center

Global IP Networks colo facility in Plano, Texas is build from the ground up to host mission critical applications. From fiber to power and everything in between, our datacenter is built with high availability, security and redundancy in mind. Located in I-75 and George Bush Turnpike, we are conveniently only minutes away from Dallas, Richardson, Allen, Addison and the surrounding metroplex.

24/7 On-Site Support

We understand that downtime equals loss of business and must be avoided at all time. Our on-site support staff is always here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Do you have to hold your breath for an on-call tech to reboot your server during odd hours? Not with us. Our staff will respond at once to your distress call. Whether it is 3pm or 3am, we are always here so you don't have to.

Network

Our building has multiple fiber entrances with diverse routes and self-healing architecture. In case of fiber cut, the traffic impacted will route to the alternative path within milliseconds. With access to some of the largest network 'meet me room' in Dallas, we have access to over 50 carriers and all providers in the Dallas Infomart.

Security

Through security cameras, our data center is monitored inside and out at all times. All entries are controlled by proximity readers and biometric scanner. Our colocation facility is also manned around the clock 365 days a year to monitor power, network and CRAC unit.

High Availability Power

We understand that power is the key. To prevent outage, our operation is protected with industrial grade UPS and generator with capacity to power up the entire facility for over a day without refueling. In case of extended power outage, we work with multiple diesel vendors to supply the fuel on the fly allowing us to keep our operation running indefinitely apart from the city grid.

Fire Prevention

Our colo facility is furnished with double interlock pre-action system designed with safety in mind for telecommunication and server equipment with integrated smoke detector system.

Climate Control

The server room temperature is set to 68-70° Fahrenheit and is constantly monitored. The server room is also furnished with raised floors, N+1 cooling with built in return ducts above the hot isle to regulate efficient hot air removal out of the server room. We are able to achieve a much higher cooling efficiency compared to the conventional datacenter. Not only it will provide the most desirable environment to host mission critical equipments, better climate control also means less chance of downtime and longer life to your equipments.
